I also have another talent. I can find Christine’s keys. I don’t do it perfectly, but that doesn’t matter. When she says the command “go find” I know my scatterbrained friend needs my help. Her nose is not as good as mine.

This also went very simply. Christine layed the keys on the floor near me and put a treat on them. I heard a click as I went there and bingo I figured it out.

Then she began to hide the keys in the grass. It wasn’t all that easy, but finally I learned to follow my nose in order to find something.

After a while she stopped putting a goodie on the keys. That was a little bit tough, but then I heard the clicker sound and I knew I was doing it right.

She began to delay the time between finding the keys and making the click in order that I stay near my find for a longer period of time.

I now lay down once I have found the keys. It’s comfortable and a convenient way to signal that I have done my job.

JW takes advantage of my knowledge. He waits until I have done all the detective work and then comes to the keys. He has nerve! I do the work and he shares the reward. Oh well.
